Hollister "Holly" Moore is a former restraunt owner and food columnist in Philadelphia. Three or four times a year he hops in his car, picks a state or two, and eat his way through them. Then he "publishes" his finds at www.hollyeats.com a collection of his favorite Roadside Cafes, Barbecue Pits, Diners, Holes-In-Walls, Greasy Spoons, and Down Home Cooking Restaurants.

In 2002 he stopped in the Country Club Bakery.
